Nana's Tuna Casserole Surprise


  • 1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 2 cups multigrain flake cereal
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup, undiluted
  • ½ cup dry roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
