Nancy Silverton's Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- flaky sea salt
- 2 cups fresh arugula leaves
- 2 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 4 slices rustic bread
