Nancy's Brie Dip


  • 1 large brie cheese
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 1 small jar rasberry jam or preserves

Slice Spanish onion and saute until translucent, it will be brown. Place brie on oven-proof dish. Split brie round in half width-wise.
