Nancy's Brie Dip
- 1 large brie cheese
- 1 large Spanish onion
- 1 small jar rasberry jam or preserves
Slice Spanish onion and saute until translucent, it will be brown. Place brie on oven-proof dish. Split brie round in half width-wise. Separate the halves and place some jam to cover inside half of brie and top with 1/2 the onions. Place other half of brie back on top. Then take some more jam and...
