Nancy's Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 red apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded, and cubed

1. Layer about half the cantaloupe in the bottom of a large bowl; top with layers of about half the apple slices, half the grapes, and half the mandarin oranges in juice. Repeat the layering. 2. Top the salad with coconut to serve.
