  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices good-quality firm white bread
  • 5 3/2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • ½ cup purchased tartar sauce
  • Lemon wedges

    • 10 tablespoons green onions
    • 1 celery stalk with leaves
    • ¾ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
