Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ice water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Filling:
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 large eggs

    • 2 (8-ounce) blocks 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup fat-free sour cream
    • Cooking spray
    • 4 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    • 2 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 400°. To prepare crust, lightly spoon 2/3 cup flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
