New York Strip Steak with Sweet Pepper-Chorizo Butter

Ingredients
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 New York strip steaks, 1-¼- to 1-½-inch thick (¾ to 1 lb. each)

- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
