Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce can tuna packed in olive oil including olive oil
  • 2 kaiser rolls
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • lettuce leaves, combination of Boston, green-leaf, or other green leafy lettuce
  • 8 slices tomato
  • salt
  • black pepper

    • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
    • extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1/8 small red onion
    • 8 slices eggs
    • radishes
    • scallions
