No Knead Bran Bread


  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup dry milk powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ¼ cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 cups whole bran cereal
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1. Stir together flour, milk powder, salt. In a separate large bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
