No Oil Mattar Paneer

Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion / around 125 gm
  • 1" Ginger
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • Small Bay leaf
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¾ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ¼ tsp Chili Powder (to taste)
    • 1 tsp Cumin/Jeera Powder
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala powder
    • 1 ¼ tsp Coriander/Dhaniya Powder
    • 1 cup fresh/frozen peas
    • 100 gm Paneer cubed (Please see notes)
    • Handful of Coriander leaves / Cilantro, chopped
    • 2 tsp Dried fenugreek leaves / Kasuri Meethi
    • Lemon (Optional)
    • 2 - 2 ½ cup water
    • Salt

Pressure Cook roughly chopped onion, garlic and ginger, for 2 whistles. Cool and puree Meanwhile add 1/2 cup water, bay leaf, chopped tomatoes.
