Ingredients

  • 0.5 ounce(s) Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 0.75 ounce(s) fresh lemon juice
  • Superfine sugar
  • 1 lemon twist
  • 1.5 ounce(s) Cognac
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 0.5 ounce(s) Poire William or other pear brandy
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Ice
    • 0.5 ounce(s) Bénédictine

Moisten half of the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with superfine sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cognac, Cointreau, Bénédictine, Poire William and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
