  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
