Noodles with Stir-Fried Tofu and Broccoli


  • 1/3 cup good-quality stir-fry sauce or ½ cup Thai peanut sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 8 ounces udon, soba, Chinese wheat noodles, or linguine
  • 1 pound firm tofu
  • 2 large broccoli crowns, cut into bite-size pieces
