Norwegian Potato Lefsa

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 18 baking potatoes, scrubbed
