Norwegian Rice Pudding - Risengryn Grod

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • ¾ cup long grain rice
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • ½ cup raisins (optional) or ½ cup currants (optional)
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup currants (optional)
