Nut-crusted Yellowtail Snapper with Mango-Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • Mango-Butter Sauce
  • 1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • Hot cooked rice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 4 (6-ounce) yellowtail snapper or other firm white fish fillets
    • Sliced green onions
    • 1 large egg

Pulse nuts in a food processor until finely ground. Add panko, and pulse until combined. Place mixture in a shallow bowl. Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk egg in a medium bowl.
