Nutmeg Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
