  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) toasted ground almonds
  • 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) butter, softened

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually add flour, mix well. Stir in almonds. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
