Nutty Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1/3 cup(s) milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 stick(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) pecans, chopped
  • 2 cup(s) plain flour (add a pinch of salt)

Flour nuts with 1 cup of the 2 cups of flour. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add flour alternately with milk & vanilla.
