Nutty Raisin Energy Bars


  • 2 c raisins
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 c slivered almonds
  • 1 t almond extract
  • 1 t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 200F. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pulsing on and off until raisins and nuts are finely chopped (dont puree or mixture will be too sticky).
