Nutty Rice


  • 1 cup(s) pecans, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 4 ounce(s) wild rice
  • Serves: 4
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • ¼ cup(s) butter, melted

Cook wild rice according to directions, omitting salt. Sauté onion and pecans in butter; add the seasoned salt. Stir in the wild rice and cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley. NOTE: Can easily be doubled.
