Nutty Stuffed Celery

Ingredients

• ¼ cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
• ¼ teaspoon curry powder
• 4 celery stalks, cut into 4-inch pieces
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
• 1 tablespoon half-and-half
• 3 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Spread mixture on celery pieces, and sprinkle with peanuts.
