Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 thin-skinned orange, unpeeled and quartered
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ¾ cups oat bran
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup whole wheat flour
    • Cooking spray
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup flaxseed
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 3 large egg whites
    • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 2 cups shredded carrot
    • 2 cups chopped Granny Smith apple

Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
