Oatmeal, Almond, Pear and Plum Crisp

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Nonfat frozen yogurt
  • ½ cup golden brown sugar
  • ½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ground nutmeg
    • 3 medium pears (about 18 ounces)
    • 3 large plums (about 10 ounces)
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl. Add oil; mix with fork until coarse crumbs form. Mix in almonds. Combine fruit in 10-inch-diameter glass pie dish.
