Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies 37
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 24 ounce(s) chocolate chips (or mix choc. chips & peanut butter chips)
- 2 cup(s) melted butter (or ½ butter, ½ shortening)
- 5 cup(s) old fashioned oats
- 4 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt (if you use shortening, use less salt)
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 cup(s) Brown Sugar
- 2 cup(s) sugar
Cream the first four ingredients. Add baking soda, vanilla and salt. Once blended, add flour and oats. Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
