Oatmeal Cran-Raisin Bars

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) yogurt, plain, low-fat or fat-free
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • ¾ cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • ½ cup(s) raisins
  • ½ cup(s) brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup(s) sugar, granulated

    • ¾ teaspoon(s) baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
    • 1 ½ cup(s) oatmeal, uncooked, old fashioned or quick cooking
    • ½ cup(s) dried cranberries
    • 1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon(s) milk, fat free
