Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

• 6 ounces vanilla chips
• ½ tablespoon orange zest
• ½ cup frozen cranberries
• ½ cup chopped fresh cranberries or ½ cup frozen cranberries
• ½ cup raisins
• 1 cup quick oats
• ¹/₈ teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup margarine, softened
  • ½ cup butter or ½ cup margarine, softened
