Oatmeal Drop Cookies at 50 Calories each

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup(s) quick cooking oatmeal
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soft butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 egg

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake until tops are dry ad edges are light brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from baking sheet. Makes 3 dozen cookies; less than 50 calories each.
