Oatmeal Muffin Batter

Ingredients

• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup chopped dates
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
