Oatmeal Pie IV

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  • ¾ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup corn syrup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt to taste
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup butter

1. Mix together eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, coconut, oats, butter or margarine, and salt. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. 2. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until golden in color and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
