Oatmeal Pie


  • ½ stick(s) margarine
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • ¾ cup(s) quick rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (8 inch)
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup(s) dark corn syrup

Mix ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 50 min. or until center begins to set up. (I like mine to have just a little "jiggle" in center.)
