Oatmeal-Pine Nut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 large egg
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup pine nuts
• 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• ½ cup (1/4 lb.) butter, at room temperature
