Oatmeal-Raisin Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup packed light-brown sugar
    • ¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
