Oatmeal-Raisin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (4 ounces) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
