Oatmeal Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 ¹/₃ c buttermilk
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ c raisins
• + 3 more ingredients
• • ¼ c wheat bran
  • ¾ c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c rolled oats, not instant or quick

1 Mix all dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix liquid ingredients together. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix gently until just moistened.
