Oatmeal-Raisin Bread

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 cup raisins
• ¾ cup boiling water
• ½ cup oat flour
• ½ cup regular oats
• 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
• 1 cup warm water (100° to 110°)
