Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Pie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) raisins
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup(s) quick oats
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • ½ cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) light corn syrup
    • 3 eggs, beaten
    • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Heat oven to 325°. Beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into crust. Place on baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until filling is set in center. Cool. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
