Oatmeal raisin cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 g/ 1 stick of butter + 1 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • 100 g/ ¾ cup raisins
  • 50 g/ ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 100 g/ 1 cup rolled oats
  • 210 g/ 1 ¾ cup flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • pinch of salt

1. Form the cookies: take about 1 tbsp of batter in your hands, squeeze to form something looking like a ball, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten by pressing with your palm or the bottom of a glass.
