Oatmeal-Raisin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 6 tablespoons melted butter
