Oatmeal Smoothie


  • ¼ cup Raw almonds dry-roasted is fine, too
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups homemade unstrained Almond milk or 2 cups store-bough almond milk+ handful of raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seed
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • pinch of Sea salt
    • 1 tsp maple syrup

1. Presoak the oats and the almonds in water overnight. In the morning, discard the soaking water. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add water or ice cubes so that the smoothie is not too thick and blend again.
