Oatmeal Surprise Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cup(s) chocolate covered raisins
• 2 ¾ cup(s) quick cooking oats
• 1 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
• 1 ½ cup(s) all purpose flour
• 2 Eggs
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• + 2 more ingredients
• • ¾ cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) butter, softened

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
