Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 ²/₅ ounces all-purpose flour (about ¾ cup)
• 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• ¼ cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
