Octopus Salad
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
- 3 garlic cloves
