Oil and Mustard Vinaigrette


  • ½ cup(s) cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 1/3 cup(s) canola oil
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
