  • 1 fondue pot with long-handled forks
  • ½ cup ice wine (preferably Canadian)
  • pear wedges
  • cubed baguette
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
  • apple wedges
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 pound Oka cheese or Port-Salut and cheese coarsely grated
    • ½ cup dry white wine (preferably Riesling)
