Okra Fish Creole

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) rice - cooked
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • ½ cup(s) celery
  • ½ teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
  • ½ cup(s) onion - sliced
  • ½ cup(s) green pepper

    • 1 pound(s) mild white fish fillets
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) Thyme
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) oregano
    • ½ cup(s) okra, cut off stem and slice into rounds

Bake fish, covered, in 350° oven for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook!
