Okra Japanese Style

  • ginger

    • 2 tablespoons
    • soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons
    • soy sauce

1 Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. 2 Drop in the okra and boil for 2-3 minutes. 3 Rinse under cold water, then drain again. 4 Serve with the dipping sauce. 5 Dipping Sauce: Grate the ginger into the soy sauce just as you are serving the okra.
