Old-Fashioned All-American Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 8 firm and slightly tart apples, such as Rhode Island Greenings, Gravensteins or Granny Smiths
• ground cinnamon
• granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 Thin Butter Crust
