Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 3 tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives
    • 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
    • ½ cup whole wheat flour
    • ¾ cup warm water (100° to 110°)
    • 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
    • 3 2/3 cups bread flour

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
