Olive and Asiago Rolls
Ingredients
- ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup (2 ounces) grated Asiago cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives

- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup warm water (100° to 110°)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3 2/3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add flours, milk, and next 3 ingredients (milk through oil); beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface...
