Olive & Caper Dip


  • 2 can(s) Back Olives, Pitted
  • 2 jar(s) Green Olives, Pitted
  • ½ bulb(s) Fresh Garlic (approx 6 cloves, minced)
  • 1 jar(s) Capers (Large jar)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • ¾ tablespoon(s) Balsamic Vinegar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) olive oil

Chop olives, garlic and capers. Add garlic, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix all ingredients together. Will last indefinitely in container in refrigerator. Delicious over pasta, in salad, on sandwiches and on toasted garlic bread.
